With over 20 years of experience, Going Art provides the highest standards of service and safety, offers an artisan’s care and sensibility, and finds creative solutions for even the toughest of installation challenges. Our long-term relationships are borne out of our passion for excellence, strong work ethic, and commitment to go the extra mile for our clients.

Founded in the early 1990s, Going Art began transporting collection pieces for the DeLorenzo Gallery, Vorpal Gallery, and Leo Castelli.  It was a time of great prosperity for the designer furniture collections market, and we quickly began to develop long-term relationships with galleries who worked primarily with designer furniture, such as Donzella, 1950 Gallery, Wooster Gallery, Lehman College Art Gallery, Kings Community College Art Gallery, Bronx Museum, and others.

We handled masterworks from leading designers, including Émile-Jacques Ruhlmann, Jean Prouvé, Eugene Knoll, Jean Dunand, Eugène Printz, Jean Royère, Dominique, George Nakashima, and George Nelson.  Many of these exquisite pieces were delivered and installed in collectors’ houses, and at New York City’s architectural landmarks and spaces.

As our reputation grew, we handled high-end art pieces for prominent galleries, collectors, curators and leading interior designers.

Today, Going handles and installs work by artists such as Andy Warhol, Jean-Michele Basquiat, Richard Prince, CW Twombly, George Condo, Enoc Perez, Picasso, Lichtenstein, Warhol, DeKooning, Damian Hirst and more. We masterfully execute large and small installation projects throughout the country, including in New York, Southampton, Aspen, Malibu, and La Jolla, California.
